- The primary responsibility is to ensure that all activities are completed on time and in accordance with agreed performance standards and service expectations
- The primary accountability of this role is people management.
- Bachelor’s degree (any course)
- 3 years of people leadership experience, preferably in a BPO/Call center
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
- Internet savvy
- Willing to work on night shift and shifting schedules
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Webhosting or technical knowledge is an advantage
