HR COORDINATOR

Department: Human Resources Department

Job Overview:
Recruitment process owner for Cebu Site
Source, schedule, screen (exam & interview) and evaluate applications based on qualifications and skills required for the job request
Generates job offer letter and employee contracts
Maintains applicant and employee database
Process loans, status update, certificate of contributions requests and concerns regarding BIR, SSS, PhilHealth & Pagibig
Coordinates with the different department heads both in Manila and Cebu
Responsible for proper record keeping of employee and company documents
Administration of company initiated benefits and employee engagement related activities for Cebu
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Candidate Requirements:
Above Average in verbal and written communication skills
At least 1 year experience in an HR Generalist role
Graduate of Psychology / Behavioral Science or any related course / field of study
