ASSOCIATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT – FOR TRACKING & TELCO ACCOUNT
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Perform customer verification
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
SKILLS:
  • Ability to speak fluently in the required language of the operations
  • Fluent in the language(s) they are selected to support, as well as being fluent in their ability to read, write, comprehend and translate in English
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Professional customer relationship skills
  • Professional manner- articulate and concise
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Data entry and retrieval of information required
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to adhere to processes and follow instructions
  • Ability to provide direct and concise answers to client inquiry-Speech clarity a must

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Qualification/ Work Experience:
  • Minimum requirement of a High School diploma or equivalent qualification
  • With at least 6 months BPO or any Customer service Related experiences
Computer skills:
  • MS Office package
  • Keyboard skills
