GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANT
 
Do you have a solid background in General Ledger, AP/AR accounting, and financial reporting? Can you handle accounting tasks to support overseas operations, while maintaining efficient communication within a multicultural team? Are you known for your attention and thorough approach? The Company
 
We’re a global provider of quality control and compliance services that helps brands and retailers manage their supply chains. Every year, we deliver some 215,000 inspections, audits, and lab tests. As part of our Finance team, you will work with international customers, be involved in crucial IT processes, and play a key role in ensuring financial stability of the company. 
 
You would be a member of our core accounting team, handling the full accounting cycle, the monthly closing, and the management reporting.
 
The Job
 
You will be expected to: 
  • Carry out general accounting duties, including GL, AR & AP, invoicing and payment receipt process for a group of companies located in South America, the US, and Europe;
  • Perform inter-company transactions and adjust journal entries;
  • Prepare monthly cash flow, quarterly forecast and annual budget, as well as the monthly consolidation of PIA group, variance analysis, and supporting schedules;
  • Receive Spanish/English invoices on a daily basis and input them in the system;
  • Communicate effectively with our HQ Finance team in Hong Kong and China offices 
The Candidate
 
It could be you, if you have
  • A degree in Accounting with CPA experience.
  • Preferably 5 yrs experience in one of the Big Four (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Ernst&Young and KPMG)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Good command of English
It also helps if you
  • Are proficient with the MS Office Suite and ERP software
  • Can start as soon as possible
