MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Clerk!
General Description:
Process government/legal and other documents required for business operations. Ensures proper keeping of records. Reports to Admin Manager.
  • Maintaining statutory records, compliances & reporting
  • Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements
  • Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about important issues for the business
  • Facilitate government remittances and submission of government reports
  • Collaborate and communicate successfully with key personnel in different government offices such as BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, OBO, Mayor’s Office, SEC and DTI
  • A BA or BS of any degree at least 2 years of experience as a Liaison officer
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Expert in the government payment process
  • A driver’s license is a plus
  • Proficient with records management
  • Accurate and very keen to details
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Good in using excel and is able to use it with ease.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules
  • Resides in, or willing to be based in, Cebu City
