CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
 w/ Collections/Credit Management Background
DAY SHIFT+FIXED WEEKENDS OFF!
Earn 20K Total Salary + Incentives!!!
Start Date: 1 July 2019 (Monday)
 
Job Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year experience in collections/credit management LOB in a BPO setting.
  • Experience in Financial Account is preferred but not required.
  • Above average communication skills for both written and oral.
  • Highly motivated and should be flexible in terms of working in different shifts.
  • Ability to personally engage a contact and effectively get the message across.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Entertain customer through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Achieve targeted KPIs ( Quality and Breach Rate )
  • Ability to manage the assigned caselist and other collection tasks on a daily basis.
