URGENT HIRING: BILINGUAL – SPANISH AND ENGLISH AND BILINGUAL – FRENCH AND ENGLISH CSRS UP TO 65K PER MONTH
Responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met. The Team Member has primary responsibility for ensuring that customer needs are met.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist customer in a timely manner.
- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
- Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
- Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources
- Works with other Consultants, CIT staff and affiliated consulting organizations in answering any customer question.
- Familiarize self with the research and information resources and knowledge bases at hand.
- Stay abreast of current news, financial information, problems, changes and updates relevant to our user community.
- Follow systems and procedures outlined by client and company.
- Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
- Will handle English and Spanish or English and French queue.
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in IT Park Cebu City
- No work experience required.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish or fluent in English and French
