We are in need of:
 
HR REGIONAL COORDINATOR
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administers the hiring of additional personnel in her area in coordination with the Regional Manager.  Performs exam administration, interviews, and recommendation of shortlisted applicants
  • Produces disciplinary memos to problem employees following the due process, conducts administrative hearing with the Regional Manager and issues statements to employees as recommended by the Regional Manager or HR Manger
  • Prepares investigatory report and monitors disciplinary issues from beginning to its closure
  • Monitors compliance of DOLE requirements in the region such as but not limited to employee welfare programs, labor standards employment statistics, occupational health and safety standards, etc.
  • Receives branches’ DTR per payroll period and forward them to HO
  • Receives and monitors documents from branches under one’s area such as loan application, COOP membership, insurance, etc and coordinates with HO personnel-in-charge
  • Monitors employee appraisal, movement and ensure proper documentation such as regularization, termination, exit documents and transfer
  • Organizes activities in the regional level or branch level according to the season or thrust in line with the HRD/Company objectives including Christmas Parties or gatherings, engagement activities, trainings or other activities
Requirements:
  • College degree in Psychology or major in Human Resources Development
  • Willing to work in Luzon or Mindanao area
  • Male or Female
  • Good in written and verbal English language
  • Knowledge in computer and internet usage
  • With at least 1 year of experience is required
  • Very good social character
  • Work Environment/Conditions:  Within office premises
  • Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
