CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (Non-BPO)
- Degree holder of any college program;
- Must have at least 2 or more years of experience working as a Customer Service Supervisor and/or Trainer or any related experience;
- Must be detail-oriented;
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication;
- Flexible and can work under pressure;
- Excellent customer service;
- Can start ASAP.
