CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (Non-BPO)
 
Qualifications:
  • Degree holder of any college program;
  • Must have at least 2 or more years of experience working as a Customer Service Supervisor and/or Trainer or any related experience;
  • Must be detail-oriented;
  • Excellent in both verbal and written communication;
  • Flexible and can work under pressure;
  • Excellent customer service;
  • Can start ASAP.
