Looking for a super-talented knowledge expert to join our Support team. You will bring your expert analytical skills and innovative approach to help expand our “self-service” infrastructure, internal knowledge base and improve user onboarding.
 
TECHNICAL CONTENT WRITER
 
Schedule: Midshift
 
Salary: Php 30,000
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (2) years technical writing and editing experience.
  • Native English - an absolute must!
  • Tech-savvy, with an extraordinary ability to simplify and explain complicated processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • A grammar, punctuation, and spelling master.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
An advantage:
  • Previous experience in a technical support role.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEO best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Responsibilities:
  • Be part of the optimization and maintenance of the account’s customer-facing Help Center.
  • Create, maintain, measure, and optimize account’s knowledge base content.
  • Research, identify, and close internal knowledge gaps through content creation.
  • Identify opportunities to decrease the number of support inquiries and identify product gaps.
  • Document internal knowledge and system developments.
  • Develop a strong command of account’s products and logic at a technical support level.
  • Understand the eCommerce ecosystem, account’s customers, and their needs.
