Position Overview
The trainer will be responsible for the implementation of sales training strategies, plans, and processes to support organizational goals.
  • To facilitate classes for representatives on topics that include, but not limited to Sales and  Management Techniques
  • Acts as a Coach on sales and management techniques.
  • Provide consistent support to the managers , support staff and  representatives in the production floor through training and development-related activities. These activities are, but not limited to, the following -
Real-time Feedback
Debrief Sessions
Sales and Management Techniques and other training and development methodologies.
  • Assists in developing, maintaining, and improving training program curriculum, modules, lesson plans, and manuals that are aligned to overall organizational goals.
  • Utilizes activities, exercises, and evaluation methods to gauge the trainees’ performance during and post-training.
  • Fulfills accurate training reports that includes, but not limited to, the End of Day report, Batch File/End of Batch Training report, Endorsement report, etc.
Required: 10 FTEs
