The trainer will be responsible for the implementation of sales training strategies, plans, and processes to support organizational goals.
- To facilitate classes for representatives on topics that include, but not limited to Sales and Management Techniques
- Acts as a Coach on sales and management techniques.
- Provide consistent support to the managers , support staff and representatives in the production floor through training and development-related activities. These activities are, but not limited to, the following -
Sales and Management Techniques and other training and development methodologies.
- Assists in developing, maintaining, and improving training program curriculum, modules, lesson plans, and manuals that are aligned to overall organizational goals.
- Utilizes activities, exercises, and evaluation methods to gauge the trainees’ performance during and post-training.
- Fulfills accurate training reports that includes, but not limited to, the End of Day report, Batch File/End of Batch Training report, Endorsement report, etc.
