We are looking for the following to be part of our dynamic team:
 
ACCOUNT MANAGER
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
PROSPECTING:
  • Client prospecting and attend to market opportunities.
  • Collaborate marketing activity to increase network and client leads.
  • Generate and Qualify Leads.
ENGAGEMENT:  
  • Promote and sell company's products and services.
  • Articulate to the customer during sales presentation and product demo.
  • Recommend solution.
  • Acquire products/system knowledge to offer out of the box solution.
  • Market all the brands under ESSCOR Product to attain equal Product Mix.
ACQUISITION:
  • Prepare Commercial Proposal/Contract to prospective clients.
  • Create investment plan for client.
  • Negotiate proposal and close the deal.
KEY MANAGEMENT:  
  • Maintains existing client base by regular visits to expand the business by identifying opportunities.
  • Account Management: from initial customer interface to consummated sales, project coordination with technical, receivable management and project turnover.
  • Gathered customer feedback that may be vital for the formulation of action plans to improve products and services.
  • Coordinate systems design sold with the technical department for proper implementation of the system.
  • Assist in securing initial required deposit and assist in collections.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, and Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): customer service oriented, advance people skills, knowledge in security system, networking & lead generation, sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Work independently and start work immediately.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Must be hardworking, team player and organized.
  • Familiar with Security System.
  • With at least sales and account management experience.
  • Can start immediately.
