Job Summary: (General Summary of your Job)
Is to receive calls and email from clients and attend to their concerns as helpdesk. Coordinate with the software support team and technical support team to assist the clients concern on their system.
Duties & Responsibilities: (Enumerate the specific tasks done in relevance to your job.)
- Making/ follow up Management Contract Agreement
- Do the scoping for lead clients requirement
- Receive calls and email from clients and attend to their concern as helpdesk
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Management Accounting degree is a plus
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
