Human Resource Associate Staff Alliance Inc. (Recruitment Firm) 

  • Source for applicants. Interviews candidates and evaluate their suitability with the clients' requirements.
  • Endorse and schedule qualified candidates for client screenings
  • Inform candidates of the status of their application
  • Facilitate the on-boarding of successful applicants
Employee Relations:
  • Orient new employees and ensure their understanding of company policies
  • Provides updates to employees such as extension of their contract, changes in rates, etc.
  • Assist employees with their employment concerns and issues (e.g loans, benefits)
  • Conduct clearance procedure for separated employees
Client Management:
  • Coordinate with clients to solicit their job orders
  • Call, email and visit clients to know their concerns and to develop a good business relationship 
  • Monitor and maintain target number of deployed staff per client 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent. Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential
