- Provide Excellent Customer Service to our spanish speaking customers by addressing their problems, requests and queries. This will also include managing account information, software support, billing and other related transactions and tasks.
- At least 1 year Customer Service Experience preferably in a BPO setting
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Chat experience in spanish is an advantage
- Excellent Spanish communication skills
- Excellent typing/computer skills
- Willing to work in the night shift
