Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design training material
- Conduct trainings for new hires
- Keep the training matrix updated
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses in each team
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Provide train-the-trainer sessions for Process Specialists and Team Leaders
- Manage implementation of new processes or major changes to existing processes or expansions of existing processes, especially where increase of personnel is required
- Amending and revising trainings as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning courses
- Have agility to comprehend new concepts, content, and processes and convert knowledge into effective training programs and materials
- Determine overall effectiveness of trainings and make improvements
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any four year course.
- At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With extensive background in Training and Development
- Can start ASAP.
