Is currently looking for:
 
ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in: office administration and bookkeeping procedures, accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining general ledgers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Proficient verbal and listening communications skills
  • Keen to details
Essential Job Functions:
  • Issues checks for all accounts due
  • Manages regular deposits to company bank accounts, suppliers & employees
  • Monitors daily cash collections as well as timely collection of accounts receivables and timely payments of bills and suppliers
  • Prepares check vouchers
  • Performs bank reconciliation of all accounts
  • Prepares monthly liquidation reports
  • Assists in establishing & maintaining cash controls
  • Documents debit memos
  • Prepares daily cash position reports
  • Updates cash balances in the computerized accounting system
  • Ensures transactions are properly and timely recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
  • Assists in processing various mandatory and/or company benefit programs for employees such as SSS, Pag-IBIG/HDMF, PHIC & other benefits
  • Responds to financial inquiries
  • Assists in monthly financial reporting
  • Implements financial policies & procedures
  • Assists with internal & external audits
  • Monitors and orders office supplies
  • Maintains a filing system for all financial documents
  • Ensures the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Performs other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned
