Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide top quality technical support, troubleshooting of Information Technology networks and PBX Systems and ancillary equipment such as voicemail. 
  • Work remotely with end-users and technicians, diagnose and recommend solutions leading to resolution with call quality issues in VoIP environments. 
  • Collect and analyse packet trace information. 
  • Administering VoIP system such as PBX Servers, VoIP/GSM gateways
  • Perform analysis on trunk utility and optimize IP and PBX communication server for capacity building. Extend their expertise in PBX implementations.
  • Collect and analyse packet trace information. 
  • Create reproduction of customer environments on lab equipment. 
  • Document in great detail all site information, troubleshooting steps, and time reporting in Customer Relationship Management Systems. 
  • Install, configure, and maintain lab equipment. 
  • Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
  • Can conduct product solution presentation effectively
  • Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing voice, data, or video system and procedures
  • Perform troubleshoot on all voice services for all LAN and WAN hardware modules
Your Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with relevance to cross-cultural engagement.
  • Competent with Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree preferably in IT
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Any VoIP/PBX training, certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of CTI/Telephony infrastructure/processes (Gateways, GSM, PBX, SIP, ISDN E1)
  • Hands-on experience with IP Telephony (FreePBX / Broadsoft)
  • Knowledge of SIP protocol, SIP trunking and call routing is essential
