Is currently looking for:
 
OFFICE CLERK
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Administrative Tasks:
  • Logbook maintenance
  • Document Filing
  • Client- contact management
  • Appointments and booking management
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports
Customer Service Tasks:
  • Handle queries via phone call or online channels
  • Handle basic FAQs regarding operations concern
  • Escalate issue to Manager
Executive Assistant Tasks:
  • This role may have occasional clerical admin tasks mandated by BKHI executives
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidates must possess Bachelor's/ College Degree 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Proven ability of customer service tasks
  • Fluent in English and Filipino
  • Willing to be assigned in different branches
