We are currently in need of a SALES TRAINER!

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree of any 4-5 year course
  • Strong sales background
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Trainer in a BPO setting, preferably in a Sales account
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
  • Knowledgeable in MS Applications
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Efficient planning and organizational skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Determine training needs for the Sales Department
  • Develop training modules that meet the specific needs of the employees and the organization
  • Develop training programs when necessary
  • Improve training methods by developing new training techniques to meet training goals
  • Keep track and record of training results
  • Monitor trainees’ progress
  • Improve trainees’ performance through coaching
