Job Description:
Shall provide services through the following but not limited to;
  • Provides customer support via email and live chat to consumers. Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues. 
  • Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues.
  • Ensuring customer services (logistics and after sales questions) by providing procedures and follow-up.
  • Prepare standard weekly and monthly reports on metrics to track workload.
  • Other related duties will be assigned when needed
  • When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, will escalate to appropriate resource. Follows up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge.
  • Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies root cause of problem and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
  • Updates customer information and ensures accurate entry of contact information.
Job Qualifications:
  • Must be at least college level
  • Excellent English communication skills (Spoken and Written).
  • Well-versed with basic computer applications
  • Must be able to comprehend and execute instructions.
  • Must be internet and computer savvy.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays and be relocated here in Cebu City.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Preferably 1-2 years experienced employees specializing in customer relations.
  • Knowledge in Freshdesk software application is a PLUS.
