Is currently looking for:
- Provides financial, administrative and clerical services.
- Ensures accuracy and efficiency of all billings from suppliers
- Processes and monitors accounts payable receipts
- Complies data, reconciles job orders to purchase order and process billings
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Updates and prepares monthly accounts payable reports and submit it to the budget officer
- Reconcile and updates supplier's invoices for payments
- Prepares voucher and process payments
- Timekeeping for employees' payslip drafting
- Coordinates with HR support regarding pay deduction due to attendance occurences and leave credits
- Processes all payroll disputes.
- Prepares SSS, Philhealth and HDMF remittances
- Prepares and records monthly actual expenses report.
- Safekeeping of receipts and filing of disburse vouchers
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or Management accounting with good scholastic record
- Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented: hardworking and honest
- Time management skills
- Can work under pressure and can deliver set goals
- Has the ability to have fun at work
