Is currently looking for:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any four year course
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Admin Assistant
  • Deep knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipments like printers and fax machines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications ( MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to details and problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Willing to travel outside Cebu
  • Cebu City based assignment
