Is currently looking for:

  • College graduate in Psychology.
  • 2-5 years in experience in handling recruitment, compensation & benefits, timekeeping & other HR related programs.
  • With good management and leadership skills
  • Must have strong communication skills both in oral and written English.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor laws.
  • Experienced in handling employee disputes.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
  • Must be proactive with the recruitment needs of the company.
  • Manpower costing, planning and payroll
  • Basic staff training and employee orientation.
  • Prepare and administer performance evaluations.
  • Instituting staff development and learning.
  • Typically reports to top management
