ASSOCIATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT – “NEW TELCO ACCOUNT”
 
Band: U1
 
Reports to: Team Lead - Operations
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Perform customer verification
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Candidate must at least be a High School graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year customer care experience with proven ability to listen and understand customer issues, empathize with the customer situation, and when needed partner with others to resolve customer concerns              
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use the desktop computer system
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system
  • Ability to navigate within web-based applications
  • Able to type 25 words per minute
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to multitask
