SALES SPECIALIST
 
Job Description:
  • Develop sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives assigned by Sales Manager.
  • Handling customer clients as well as identifying and resolving their concerns.
  • Communicating new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to proper company staff.
  • Preparing schedules and action plans to identify particular targets and list the clients contact numbers.
  • Presenting and selling company services and products to current and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on referrals and new leads resulting after field activity.
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Establishing and maintaining new and established client relationships.
  • Managing account services through follow-up and quality checks.
  • Coordinating with company staff to achieve the work required in closing up sales.
  • Assisting in the execution of marketing plans of company as required.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering or any other Business Related Course.
  • Experience in FMCG (Consumer Goods) or industrial sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiating and selling skills. 
  • Must have passion in selling, confident and result oriented person.
  • Self-driven, assertive, and has initiative
  • Can relate well to all levels of organization. 
  • Pleasant and exceeding personality.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure
  • Positive individual and a hard worker.
  • Good computer application skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Willing to be trained.
  • Must be familiar with Cebu City and Province.
  • With driver’s license is an added advantage.
