- Provide Excellent Customer Service by addressing our customer's problems, requests and queries. This will also include managing account information, software support, billing and other related transactions and tasks.
- At least 1 year Customer Service Experience preferably in a BPO setting
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Chat experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills

- Willing to work in the night shift
