Kredo IT Abroad Inc. (owned by Japanese) is an IT school in Cebu for students who wish to gain knowledge and skills in IT Web Design and Development.The school focuses on Japanese students who wish to experience learning IT as well as English abroad. Aside from IT, the school also offers English Courses for students such as Business English, IT English and ESL.
We are currently looking for:
Job Description:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintains weekly/daily report requested by Top Management
- Assists in maintaining of employees' file
- Prepare reports needed by HR department
- Assist in filing & monitoring monthly government reports
- Prepare minutes of meeting whenever it is required
- Assist in Visa application.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably at least 6 months experience in admin work.
- Knowledgeable in processing Visa
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Accountancy, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any Business related field
- Proficient use of MS applications and Google forms
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Very good to Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Has knowledge about the Philippine Law.
