Is in need of:
Front Desk Staff/Service Delivery Staff (Full-Time)
Key tasks of the Front Desk/Service Delivery Staff:
  • Responsible for answering the phone, directing calls and greeting guests in the front office area
  • Perform administrative work such as maintaining files or spreadsheets
  • Deal with whatever questions the visitor has and put them in contact with a relevant person at the company.
  • Maintain coordination and good communication with other departments of the company.
  • Maintains trackers in transferring classes in case of emergencies of the teachers assigned.
  • Contact other units for any class management concerns.
  • Other service delivery-related tasks may be assigned
Job specifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in  Hospitality Management, Marketing, Tourism, Communications, and/or a graduate of  any related course
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willing to be trained and computer savvy
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic software applications and familiarity with the internet, social media, and email communications.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus
