Front Desk Staff/Service Delivery Staff (Full-Time)
Key tasks of the Front Desk/Service Delivery Staff:
- Responsible for answering the phone, directing calls and greeting guests in the front office area
- Perform administrative work such as maintaining files or spreadsheets
- Deal with whatever questions the visitor has and put them in contact with a relevant person at the company.
- Maintain coordination and good communication with other departments of the company.
- Maintains trackers in transferring classes in case of emergencies of the teachers assigned.
- Contact other units for any class management concerns.
- Other service delivery-related tasks may be assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Tourism, Communications, and/or a graduate of any related course
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willing to be trained and computer savvy
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic software applications and familiarity with the internet, social media, and email communications.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
