Key tasks of the Payroll Staff
- Assisting the department on how to perform payroll functions efficiently and accurately.
- Interacts with employees to solve their payroll queries with excellent customer service
- Coordinates and participate in the open enrollment and orientation of new employees signing up for benefits, processes enrollment forms, and assists and resolves benefits issues.
- Assists the HR Director with various benefits-related projects in support of benefits administration and provide administrative support to the department.
- Other tasks assigned by the HR Director and/or direct supervisor.
- At least 1-2 years experience working in benefits administration and liaising with government institutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration and Management or a graduate of any 4 – 5-year related course
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Knowledgeable on policies, rules, and guidelines pertaining to government mandated offices, (SSS, Phil health, BIR, and HDMF)
- Above average oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet maintain a positive attitude and professional image
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
