Minimum Requirements:
  • At least High School graduate
  • Above average English communication and written skills
  • With in-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies (devices / connectivity)
  • Minimum of one year in a customer service role, preferred (not required)
  • One to two years of technical customer service preferred (not required)
