Is in need of:
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Candidate must possess either of the following: Vocational Diploma/Short Course in Food & Beverage, Beverage Services Management, Bachelor’s/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Required language (s): English, Filipino, Cebuano
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the restaurant or hotel is required for this position
  • Must be willing to work in Brgy Buot Punta Engano Lapu Lapu
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Adept at using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 1 full-time position available
  • Male or Female
