Job Description
 
Qualifications: 
• Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with co-workers and clients 
• Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment 
• Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change 
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
• Hands on experience with Windows and Mac OS environments 
• Understanding of remote access platforms (Cisco VPN client and RSA SecureID) 
• Working knowledge of Lotus Notes and Office 365 
• Familiarity with remote access tool (Bomgar) and ticketing tool (ServiceNow) 
• Basic Microsoft Active Directory knowledge and usage 
• Experience with Virtual Desktop environment 
• Exemplary attendance record 
•Flexibility in scheduling – will be part of 24/5 rotating shift (possible 24x7 in the future) 
 
Responsibilities: 
• Must excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are required for success 
• Maintain a first-class level of customer service ensuring over the phone and email assistance are provided in an appropriate manner 
• Process/complete requests and incident tickets 
• Oversee and update assigned and self-service requests in accordance to the documented processes 
• Setup and deploy virtual computers and install software for various applications and programs 
• Provision wireless devices (iPhone and iPad) through Mobile Iron 
• Install and test desktop software applications through System Center Configuration Manager 
• Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives 
• Document processes and procedures for maintenance and support 
• Additional responsibilities as delegated by management
