TALENT ACQUISITION / RECRUITMENT MANAGER
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be a college graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resource Management and other behavioral course
  • Must have at least 5 years HR Recruitment experience in a manufacturing or real estate industry
  • Excellent in Written and verbal communication skills
  • Pro-active, and result oriented
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Provide Recruitment Report such as Hiring, Manpower data, Recruitment Metrix, Ratio and other task 
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Update and design new recruitment procedures
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for the company needs
  • Research and choose job advertising options
