You might be asking yourself, “Do I have what it takes to excel?”  We think you do. Typically, to qualify as a Technical Support Representative you need to have:
  • Completed at least senior high school or 2 years in college
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Internet savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications
  • 1 year BPO experience or 6 months Technical Support experience is preferred but not required
What you might be doing on a typical day:
  • Receive customer concerns over the phone / email / chat
  • Wow customers with your ability to provide solutions by identifying their issues, researching answers and guiding them through corrective steps
  • Ultimately you will provide excellent technical support that keeps the customer coming back
