Established in 2002, Hotel & Spa Essentials Inc. (the Company) offers a wide range of products for both the hotel room and hotel spa. Products include hotel guest amenities such as shampoo, soaps and toothbrushes, as well as towels, laundry bags, slippers, irons and ironing boards, kettles, amenity trays, safes and minibars. The Company holds import licenses issued by the Bureau of Customs and The Bureau of Internal Revenue and is licensed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in the Philippines, as an importer, distributor, exporter and trader of cosmetics. Customers include Shangri-La, City of Dreams, Sofitel, Solaire, Aman Pulo and many others.
SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Performs administrative and office support activities for efficient delivery of day-to-day office/sales transactions. Receives/assists walk-in visitors and answers queries over the phone, email or in person
- Prepares Invoices and Delivery Documents
- Assists in acquiring new accounts and maintaining existing accounts
- Prepare back order and other reports as and when necessary
- Full time position available
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Accountancy or equivalent
- Fluent in English both oral and written; Can speak Cebuano and Tagalog
- Proficient in MS Office Applications ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Willing to work in Mandaue City
