Job Qualifications
  • A graduate of any Business related courses
  • With 5 years working experience in related field
  • Background in Sales and Marketing Principles and strategy
  • Has strong salesmanship and strong client relationship
  • Critical thinking

  • Attentive to details and possess Analytical Skills in analyzing and report preparation

  • Advance knowledge with MS Office application including MS Assess
Brief description of functions
  • Assist in the formulation of the company’s strategic plan.
  • To cascade down the line the company’s organizational objective and to ensure the execution of tactical plans in support of the company’s strategic direction.
  • Assist in the development of training materials that would best fit the sales network requirements on skills development.
  • Execute the structured training plan of the company and to ensure compliance of the sales network on the company’s training requirements.
  • Create opportunities from corporate account.
  • Develop and execute a well-designed sales strategy to hit the company’s monthly revenue goal.
  • Guide the sales network in prospecting, discovering and identifying opportunities.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to the sales network.
  • Ensure account ownership of sellers by complying to the lead registration process of the company.
  • Manage the opportunities in the pipeline and to ensure that there are sufficient number of closable to hit the monthly revenue goal of the company.
  • Manage the relationship with the sales network and clients in accordance with the company code of conduct and best practices.
  • Win customer loyalty through exemplary and heartwarming service experience.
  • Guarantee the quality of sales by adhering to the pre-qualifying procedures.
  • Minimize the risk of legal implications by ensuring complete disclosure of contract provisions for the proper understanding of the clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing in the development and execution of marketing plan in his/ her territorial assignment.

  • Collaborate and work hand –in hand with the other functional groups to better serve our internal and external customers.
  • Support the company’s IT initiatives in line with its digital plan
  • Participate in Mancom meetings
  • Manage the sales budget and monitor the proper utilization of sales revolving fund so as not to go over and above the projected expenses.
  • Report to Execom from time-to- time when required the governing body.
  • To comply with the reporting requirements off the company.
  • To perform other in-scope and out-of- scope tasks that maybe required from time-to- time
  • To report to and take direction from the sales Territory Manager.
