FRENCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
- Excellent in verbal and written French
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
- Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
- Knowledge on e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
- Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following:
- Answering email inquiries
- Able to do Inbound Calls
- Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
- Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
- Team player and able to work with less supervision
- Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
- Good problem solver & a Positive attitude
- Willing to work on graveyard shift, weekends & holidays
- Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays
- Well-organized, Responsible and Initiative
- Independent with a positive work ethics and passion to succeed
- Can Multi-task answering email inquiries, chat on store visitors & entertain calls
- Willing to start immediately
